Looking for someone to split a two bedroom in Sunnyside, Queens for the next year! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the 7, Q32 and Q60. Sunnyside is a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and laundromats (including one right downstairs!). It’s also located next to a school - so the area is quite safe. There is a bed included if desired and apartment is both pet and smoking free.

My name is Maxine and I’m a 25 year old recent graduate. I’m from Brooklyn, New York and moved to Queens within the last year! I currently work a 9-5 onsite and am looking for someone to split the apartment with. Overall, I would say I’m responsible, attentive and a chill person to live with :) I’m currently only looking for one person to share the apartment with. I’m happy to answer any other questions!
