(Total rent is 1700$ so rent with 4 of us is around 420$) 1-2 means we could have an “office” set up in the extra bedroom. (However rent would be closer to 550$)

Me and my partner and our cat are living there. I am an education major while she is a fine arts major. We both like art, theatre, nature, reading. We are both pretty cleanly and organized in common spaces and are usually pretty quiet as well.
