1. THE PRIVATE PREMISES: Second Floor Bedroom This room is a bright, quiet, single-occupancy bedroom located on the second floor of the residence.

Privacy: Located on the main sleeping floor with easy access to the shared bathroom.

Space: A well-proportioned room with a large window providing abundant natural light and a dedicated closet for storage.

Full-sized bed with a comfortable mattress.

Study/Work desk and chair (perfect for interns and remote professionals).

Dresser for clothing storage.

Complete set of fresh bed linens, pillows, and towels (provided for short-term intern stays).

2. DESIGNATED SHARED AREAS (Common Spaces) To maintain a harmonious home, the following areas are shared among the residents:

The Kitchen (Main Floor): Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Dedicated cabinet space is provided for each resident to store groceries. Rule: Residents must wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use.

The Bathroom (Second Floor): A clean, full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. Rule: Surfaces must be wiped down after use.

The Laundry & Utility Room (Basement): High-capacity washer and dryer. Access: Available to tenants on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
