This house is conveniently located in Wedgwood Estates, a quiet community on Rt 30 between Downingtown and Thorndale and was recently completely renovated.

Outdoor amenities for residents include a basketball court, a tennis court and a community swimming pool. Pool passes are optional and $30 for a single pass for the season, guest passes are $10 for the day.

Middle Townhouse, has a back deck, in-house washer and dryer in basement, and fully furnished living room + kitchen. Close to downtown Downingtown, West Chester, and Exton, 35 to 40 minutes from KOP.

Me, Jonny (Human, he/him, late twenties) and K, (they/them, late twenties) and Ophelia (Cat, she/her, middle aged and very friendly) are the only current tenants. We’re mostly homebodies, and work odd hours (2nd and 3rd shift). So you would not see us all too much.
