YOU HAVE YOUR PICK OF TWO ROOMS. First pictured; room is “larger”, with an average closet and more “living space” - that said, it has two large windows that offer plenty of natural sunlight! The second pictured; this room slightly “smaller” in theory with a nice big closet, and a ton of dedicated storage space.

• TWO SENIOR CATS CALL THIS PLACE HOME. Your pets must also be friendly, if you have any to bring with ya
• 3 FLOORS. Two full bathrooms (1st floor and basement), finished basement.. A lotta room to space out.
• Lovely shared common area - feel free to hang out on the couch or use the tv.
• IN UNIT WASHER-DRYER. Do your laundry right down in the basement, we’ll split the cost of the launder supplies since it’s a smart-dispense!

I am a 26 year old youth clinician and do a majority of my work from home, working usual weekday hours. I am quiet, clean, and am looking for someone who is open to creating a comfortable environment. I have friends who visit and a partner who also spends the night a times, so the vibe of the home is definitely more casual!
