Hi😊 Looking for a female roommate to share this room with! I toured it and saw in person and I loved it! I asked if it can be shared between two females and they said yes. We would pay $650 each and all utilities are included! The apartments have pools and parking. About me: 29 yo female completing my masters in IO Psych hybrid. I work part time outside the home. In my free time I love to spend it outdoors with friends hiking, taking walks, studying at cafes, and love cooking! I’m looking for a clean, friendly roommate that is communicative to keep a nice vibe at home and the room🫶🏽. Looking for to move in July 1st or sooner!

Not sure about the other roommates we will have as the apartment was still empty when I toured but we can ask the manager if they found other tenants and we can meet them. They’re mostly renting to students!
