Renting a room in a 4 bedroom house hear Orange Street Food Farm starting August 1st for a one year lease! Hoping to find someone chill, tidy, social, and okay with lots of social engagement happening regularly and with sharing space. We have a big fenced yard with multiple garden beds tended to lovingly by one primary caretaker, and maintain a tidy household, prospective tenants must also prioritize keeping relatively clean shared spaces. There are already two small cats and more pets would truly be overwhelming for the space, so we would prefer no more pets. We enjoy shared meals, board games, karaoke, watching some shows together, crafting, and are moderate outdoors enthusiasts between 24 and 31 years old. Biggest pinch point in the house is limited pantry and fridge space, so must be comfortable with accommodating what you store to be considerate of other roommates.
