Hello! I am a single, and youthful 39 year old, empty nester. I am looking for a responsible roomer for a short term rental of my casita in Queen Creek. I have an upcoming trip and decided to rent my place out for that time. I am flexible with the move-in date.

I have a little bit of everything here. My house is meant to feel like it’s used for whatever comfort you want. It’s my sanctuary! So, I hope you treat it and take care of it as if it was yours as well.

It is peaceful, fully loaded and ready for anyone who needs a break or some peace away from the hustle and bustle. It is an incredibly spacious 1.5 bedroom (the half has been made into an office 🙃), 1 bathroom casita with a laundry room, dishwasher, and amazing AC! We also have a pool, a clubhouse, fire pit, dog park, playground, etc., in the community. My home also comes with a doggy door so I’m flexible with dogs! I also have 2 hammocks and plenty of space in the back (private patio!) to just relax and enjoy the stars. I also have some books and plenty of crosswords/sudoku if you’re bored.

Minutes away from Costco, shopping centers, a movie theater, restaurants, and an amazing view of the mountains toward Apache Junction! The Mesa Gateway airport is about 13 minutes away.

The pictures show the house fully furnished which include my stuff as well but my personal stuff will be removed for your stay 🙃.

Nurses would be preferred but I am open! Couples okay, LGBTQ+ Friendly, NO SMOKING in the house.

I may do it more often with the right people.
