I am a Solar Electrician who just leased this beautiful Silver Creek property and I occupy the master suite. Because of my professional background, I love smart home technology, efficiency, and keeping the house highly secure and well-maintained.

I also have a 5-year-old Morkie (a tiny Maltese/Yorkie mix) who is fully trained and stays in my room with me. He is hypoallergenic

I am clean, quiet, and highly respectful of personal boundaries and privacy. My daughter also visits and stays over a couple of times a year. To maintain a comfortable, peaceful, and private environment for her and everyone in the house, I prefer looking to establish an all-female household for the remaining rooms, but I am potentially open to couples.
