This is a very nice house in the Silvercreek area. I have 3 bedrooms available. 1 room has an ensuite with walk in closet, 1 room has an ensuite with a sliding door/reach closet, and one has its own bathroom outside the room and a sliding door reach closet.

The Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a pantry. There is a dinning, family, and living room here. So, if you have nice furniture you may want to bring, I’m definitely open.

There is carpet throughout but I’m in the process of putting hardwood in my room, so if you prefer hardwood, just let me know, and I’ll install it ASAP.

Honestly, the paint in the bedrooms is not the most ideal, so if you want to paint the room, let me know, and I’ll paint it ASAP.

There is a 2 car garage and 2 spaces in the driveway, plus a lot of street parking. Silvercreek is a very safe area. I’ll be parking my work truck on the street.

The first 2 roomies that sign will get the garage spaces at no cost.

Backyard to relax or if you have fur babies that need to get some sun, fresh air and potty.

Also, This property accepts pets. A maximum of 3 total. No extra BS deposit, or pet rent, but they do have a breed restriction.

Since I already qualified solo, any potential really doesn’t need “proof of income or credit”, but they will do a background check. BUT, for obvious reasons, I will need some type of proof of income.

Moving from an apartment in South San Jose to a house to have more room.

I work “A LOT”. My hours are usually around 7:00AM-4:00PM, then I come home to do more admin work and focus on my actual business. I’m more of a home body, but rarely uses the kitchen. I have a fridge, freezer, microwave in my room, lol.

I’m into a lot of random things, and open for anything that’s a positive new experience. I just got my passport so I’ll definitely be traveling soon.

I do have a 5 year old Morkie. He will be in the room for the most part.

I have a teenage daughter that comes a few times a year. This is why I prefer female roommates. Nothing against the fellas. Also potentially open to couples.
