You would be sharing the townhouse with one male college student. The main living area and kitchen are shared, and the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The home is located in Pomona, about 10–15 minutes from Cal Poly Pomona, depending on traffic.

Move-in cost includes first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to two months’ rent. Utilities are included with normal residential use.

Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible roommate. Students and young professionals are both welcome. No smoking, no parties, and no dogs. A cat or smaller pet may be considered case-by-case with an additional deposit if permitted.

Occasional overnight guests are okay with communication, but frequent long-term guests are not allowed.
