With my roomate moving out, im looking for a queer roomate to take over lease. This two bedroom apartment costs around 1000$ for each, Including utilities. Its located in the center of downtown with most places within walking distance. The lease has 9 months remaining until it expires.

My roomate will be vacating the premises soon, so the apartment will open up at either july 1st or augest 1st. I am unable to take photos of the bedroom until my roomate moves out.

I just recently moved in and havent had time to decorate or furnish the place, so its pretty barren. Pets are allowed, but the rent raised by 50$ monthly and an additional pet security deposit fee aswell.

Hi! Ill be your only other roomate. Im in my early 20s and am transgender, so its important to me to have a queer safe home! Im usually gone for work for the majority of my day, but when I am home I like to spend my time cooking or drawing, and you may hear a quiet tv come from my room but I usually keep the noise levels down.

Im looking for someone who is willing to communicate, keep clean, and help foster a safe enviroment for both of us!
