About the room
The property is located on a small intimate street around the corner from the lovely and vibrant Dickinson Square Park. The house has a finished basement and half bath, the main floor has a kitchen, dining room, and living room; and the second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. Outback there is a cozy space with plants, seating, and a small bar area. The house is close to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
About the roomies
I am an architect and live alone with two cats and a dog. I work a lot, am into cocktails and beer, play the drums, love the outdoors, and am easy going. I own the house and am looking for someone to share the monthly payment for my mortgage. I travel frequently and would at like the roomie to be able to watch after the cats when I am away.
