A cozy, New York-style apartment in the heart of Koreatown, this apartment is perfect for those who are seeking the city vibes. A five minute walk to the newly-extended D (Purple) Metro line, plus easy access to several major bus lines, it’s also perfect if you rely on public transportation.

You will have a private room with wood floors, exposed brick, and windows that look onto the street. You will share a bathroom with one other (female) roommate. The kitchen and the large living room are shared and available for use and relaxation.

The room is furnished at the moment and the current roommate is looking to sell some of his items as he’s leaving the country. So the room could be furnished or semi-furnished, depending on your preference.

Laundry is onsite as well as a small workout room with Peloton cycles.

The neighborhood is lively and has lots to offer. The apartment is walkable to several grocery stores and markets, plus great Ktown restaurants, coffee shops, bars, gyms, and nightlife.

Please note: in order to live with us, you will need to complete an application with the building management, be cleared, and sign onto the apartment lease. Currently we are on a month to month lease, so you won’t be signing onto anything long term. This is just a requirement of the building management for anyone living in the space.
