This room is available in a 3bed/1.5 bathroom house. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting late June or early July. The current lease ends on June 15, 2027 with the option to renew after.

🏡 The House: 3 bed, 1.5 bath, two floors Located near Porter Park; ~1 mile away from campus, 20 minute walking distance to OSU.~ 4 minute drive to Winco and a 3 minute drive to Fred Meyers. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. Free street parking and a spot in the homes’ driveway Pet friendly

💵 Rent: $745/month for base rent. Utilities are internet ($21.66/month), electricity (~$36.66/month), garbage ($19.33/every two months). June rent + utilities will be covered by me, you would just have to pay your move-in month onward!

🛏️ The Room: The room is unfurnished and has very nice natural lighting. It has a closet space and a built in heater that you can control. The neighborhood is pretty quiet which is optimal for studying or relaxation.

👥 Roommates: Living with two male engineer undergraduates at OSU. They are generally clean, quiet, laid back, and social. They don’t take too much time in the kitchen or the shared bathroom upstairs. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. We play games, sports, etc. Please message me if you are interested or want to learn more!
