Looking for one roommate (female preferred).

I’m most comfortable sharing my home with women and am open to cisgender women and transgender women. My goal is simply to maintain a living environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and respectful.

Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Hillsboro near the Quatama MAX station, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The available room has direct access to a bathroom through a connecting door from the bedroom, while the bathroom also has a hallway entrance, so it can function as either a mostly private bathroom or a guest bathroom.

The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer and a comfortable shared living space. The kitchen is on the smaller side but works well for everyday cooking.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it’s surrounded by mature trees that provide plenty of shade and help keep things cooler during the summer. If a future roommate wanted AC, I’d be open to discussing options and potentially splitting the cost of a portable unit.

The living room is currently unfurnished because my previous roommate took her furniture when she moved out, which means we have a blank canvas and plenty of room to create a comfortable and welcoming shared space together.

Community amenities include a year-round pool, fitness center, theater room, and several walking paths and trails nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transportation, parks, and everything the Tanasbourne area has to offer.

Hi! I’m Mona. I work graveyard shifts Friday night through Monday night at a recovery center, so the apartment is generally pretty quiet. I have a sweet, shy Siberian cat named Luna who mostly keeps to herself and spends her days napping and looking adorable.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful roommate with stable income who values a clean, peaceful home. This is not a party house. Good communication, consideration, and mutual respect are important to me. I’d love to find someone looking for a comfortable long-term living situation. I’m easygoing, responsible, and fairly low-key. I work full-time and spend most of my time either at work, relaxing at home, working on writing projects or running errands. I appreciate a calm, clean living environment and believe good communication makes shared living much easier. My cat Luna is an important part of my household, so being comfortable around cats is a must.
