This is a 4 bedroom home that is around 3500 sq/ft and was built in 2021. The main level has an open floorplan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining spaces. There is currently an office space set up on the main level and a seperate room that is currently my kids playroom. There is also a half bath on the main level. I plan to rent out 2 or 3 rooms. All 4 rooms are located on the second floor. The 3 rooms are currently my sons room, daughter’s room, and a guest bedroom. There is a full bathroom and laundry room on the second floor that you will also have access to. If all 3 rooms end up being rented, there is also a full bathroom in the basement that can also be utilized so 3 people arent all sharing the same bathroom. The basement is fully finished so there will be 2 great lounging options outside of your bedroom. I expect to charge an extra $200/mo to cover utilities.

I am currently working on getting my kids 50% of the time and plan to set up their space in the Master bedroom with me. This is the main reason I will be requiring background checks. I also have a golden retriever that stays on the main level while I’m at work. He is friendly but can keep him in my room during the day if necessary.
