Ideally, we would like to rent this from Aug 1st to May 31st on an annual basis. Or Academically Sept to May 31st. This place is 1. Electricity would be anything you use (outlets, lights, refrigerator, TV, washer and dryer and window A/C units) 2. Included is heat (oil) which in turn heats the water heater. The apartment has individual dials on the radiators. You set the desired temp in each radiator. We also pay for any water use. We pay for gas which is solely used on the cooktop and oven. This Listing is not available for the month of July as the owners want the space back for that month (obv we are not responsible for paying that month of unemployment occupancy.

I work two Jobs and Looking to share this wonder space with someone else. I have a Cat and grew up in newport.
