Hi I’m looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment. Total monthly cost $2350 . This includes utilities except electric which is $50-$120 depending on use.. max $170( split were looking at $85 each.) Ideally, would like to rent this from Aug 1st to May 31st on an annual basis. Or Academically Sept to May 31st. You pay:

1. Electricity would be anything you use (outlets, lights, refrigerator, TV, washer and dryer and window A/C units) What YOU DON’T PAY: A: Included is heat (oil) which in turn heats the water heater. The apartment has individual dials on the radiators. You set the desired temp in each radiator. B: INCLUDING: water use and gas which is solely used on the cooktop and oven. This Listing is not available for the month of june / July as the owners want the space back for that month (obv we are not responsible for paying that month of unemployment occupancy.)
