Private bedroom and bathroom in a two bed two bath apartment in the heart of Hollywood. Under building parking spot included and in building laundry right outside the apartment door. Building is located in a tree-lined and relaxed neighborhood, and right around the corner from In N Out (along with places like Target, LA Fitness, and Starbucks within walking distance).
About the roomies
I’m a 31 year old gay man who moved to LA last July. Current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease and I’m looking for someone to move in. I’m a pretty quiet individual who often keeps to themselves, but I enjoy reading, writing, video games, music, TTRPGs/board games, going to the gym, and eating food that’s arguably not good for me. Otherwise, I’m just looking for a friendly guy whom I can get along with that is decently clean and pays their half of the bills on time.
