Salutations!

If you’re looking for a space for rent among the mountains and trees, overlooking a little spring and insulated from the sounds of civilization, we have an opening here in the Laurel Creek Neighborhood!

Of the three stories of the house, the top floor is entirely yours, and consists of a living area with included couch and television, large bedroom with space for a bed and a sitting or working area, master bathroom and walk-in closet. The ground floor is mostly shared spaces, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and deck all being public use. The washer, dryer, and garage access are all in the basement. The house allows cats and dogs under 30lbs. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the photo has a king bed to help show how huge the bedroom is.

The neighborhood has a private pool alongside tennis and pickleball courts. The entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking trails are two minutes away.

I, your roommate, spend most of my time in the basement, whether for work or for leisure, both of which take up most of a typical day. My room and its attached bathroom are on the main floor, and I tend to keep to myself. Outside of how frequently I talk my cat, Nailah, I’m quiet - no loud music or anything like that. Outside of when I’m playing D&D or singing along to some Disney or something, I think you could be forgiven for forgetting I exist haha.
