About you:

• Currently Employed (Must provide proof of income)
• Looking for a clean (especially bathroom and kitchen), quiet, mature, and responsible person.
• Good credit and rental history.
• No smoking, pets, or couple.
• Lease is month to month but can also sign for longer lease.
• First month rent ($660) and a refundable security deposit ($600) are due before moving in (Total of $1260).
• Must complete a background check of $20.

About the house and location:

• New townhouse just built end of 2019. Townhouse is located in the back of the yard.
• There is 1 room upstairs currently available for $660 with water, trash, electricity, and internet included.
• Full Kitchen access.
• Garage has space for bikes and contains the Washer & Dryer unit.
• There are multiple parking spots in the front yard
• The area is very quiet
• Location is close to 84 freeway and only 10 minutes to Lloyd District.
• Close to Parkrose/Sumner and Gateway/NE 99th Transit Center.
• Also close to multiple bus lines.

About the room:

• Room is 9ft x 9ft and is unfurnished.
• Room has a window and closet.
• Bathroom with rain shower is shared with one other tenant.

About me: I am a 22 year old male. I enjoy playing video games (both PC and PS4). I love biking and hiking and exploring the outdoors especially forests (probably the main reason why I wanted to move to Portland). I am tidy and minimal so I will always clean after myself. I meditate everyday to keep myself positive and mindful. I usually keep to myself but I also enjoy talking to others.
