Hi everyone, our names are Sarah and Jesse! We live in a 3 bedroom townhome near the Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis (about 10 minutes from Fresno State) and are looking to rent out a bedroom in our home. There is a private bathroom connected to the room, washer and dryer, and plenty of available parking. We live in an HOA neighborhood with a pool and small gym that is available for use. We do have 2 bunnies who free roam the house but they are completely litter box trained, very clean, and very friendly with all people. Rent is $800 with all utilities included. We are looking to fill a 6 month lease but would be open to signing a 1 year lease. Move in date Mid July or early August.
