Two private rooms are available now in a clean, comfortable home located in a beautiful community in Star, Idaho. The home has a peaceful, welcoming feel and is best suited for someone looking for a quiet, respectful, and well-kept living environment.
There is a larger room available for $850/month and a smaller room available for $650/month. Rent includes all utilities, including high-speed fiber optic internet. The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you.
The bathroom is shared, but it has a very functional split layout with a double-sink vanity and a separate door to the toilet and shower area. This makes it easier for more than one person to get ready at the same time with more privacy and convenience.
The community amenities are a big plus. You’ll have access to a seasonal pool, basketball court, business center, resident lounge, dance studio, fitness center/gym, playgrounds, walking paths, and beautifully maintained common areas.
There are currently three professional adults living in the home, with one person in their 30s, one in their 40s, and one in their 50s. Everyone is clean, respectful, responsible, and values a peaceful home environment.
The home is approximately 2,800 square feet, so there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while still sharing common areas comfortably.
The household has a calm, comfortable feel. We are friendly and easy to communicate with, but also respectful of each other’s privacy, schedules, and personal space.
