About the room
The apartment is located in a very opportunistic area of the loop with Bus NO: 60 right outside taking you downtown and also a blue line train available so commute is not a problem. It comes with a kitchen which has utensils and most of the essentials. It is furnished as well so not too much to add over there.
There are grocery stores very close by like Target, Marianos, Whole Foods, Costco.
I do not have a car but the apartment does come with a car parking space which would be an additional cost. Only gas, WIFI, and Electricity would be split but wouldn’t break the bank.
I do own a cat but she is very clean and quiet and just keeps to herself.
About the roomies
I am a MSF graduate currently preparing for the CFA Level II and am looking to secure an Investment Banking job soon. I play a lot of tennis, go to the gym, play video games, go out for drinks, and watch F1.
I do not smoke and have never.
