🚌🚇 Across the street from bus stop that runs the 72 and A71 buses. Virginia Square-GMU Metro station is 1.2 miles (25 min walk) away. Ballston-MU Metro station is 1.2 miles (25 min walk) away. Only a 10ish minute commute to the Metro by bus.

🛒 Harris Teeter 0.9 miles away, there are also like five Giants within 1-3 miles.

📍 Located on Arlington Blvd, easy access to DC, I-66, the Beltway/I-495, I-395.

I’m a 27-year-old professional who’s lived in this 2-bedroom apartment since October 2022. It’s the best deal I’ve seen on housing here (especially with a car), so I’m seeking someone to replace my roommate so I don’t have to move out! Love this apartment!

In my free time I enjoy sports (Yankees, Knicks especially), going to Nats games, watching TV/movies, playing board games and chill nights at home.
