One wall has floor to almost ceiling windows overlooking patio. Beautiful. Has TV, mini refrigerator, chair and AC. Shared laundry, fire pits, pool in summer. Plenty of street parking, security cameras, close to park. Good, safe neighborhood. Looking for long term roommate.

House has 2 other bedrooms. Just myself and my 18 year old son visits once in awhile. I love to garden and anything whimsical. I have a large dog and and 2 cats. House is clean and mostly quiet. Shared kitchen & livingroom although the rental room can be set up as a suite.
