I have 2 rooms available come August first in a 4 bed 3 bath co-ed house in central Idaho falls. It’s a nice place in a family neighborhood. 625 for the master bedroom and 525 for the bedroom with a shared bathroom. House is cooled with provided window ac units and heated with radiant ceiling units and a propane fireplace. Utilities range from 70 to 120 a month per person including high speed fiber internet. No pets are allowed. We’ll be doing a lot of refurnishing come August, so living space furniture is welcome. Full fenced backyard, full kitchen, dining room, 2 car garage that we use for storage, and 3 living spaces. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement.

The house has been 3 F 1 M, but will soon be 1F(22) 1M(23). I’m in the only room in the basement, my roommate would prefer to have other women to share the upstairs, but clean and tidy men are more than welcome. We do prefer them to be close to our age and have the same standards of cleanliness as we do, which are pretty high, but can be boiled down to clean up after yourself immediately after being done using a shared space. We switch off taking care of the yard every week and snow shoveling every snow fall. We’ll want to meet up locally and check vibes with prospecting roomates before anything gets finalized. We both own our own businesses and value our peace. We’re also very chill, like to go to bars and frequent local events, looking for similarly chill people. House of vibes, definitely not a party house.
