Hey All, I have a room available (ONLY FEMALE TENANTS) for lease. 6 months and then I’ll re-evaluate longer if I see we are a good fit. I allow 1 small dog but no cats. No kids. Preferably a Christian faith based background and no prior/pending legal charges or convictions. The room IS NOT furnished so you will need to bring your own furniture. No overnight guest WHATSOEVER. No smoking, drinking etc. Please be clean and neat because you will be sharing a bathroom. Any questions please lmk!

This is a house that I am primarily the owner but My parents stay in the downstairs bedroom and I have the upstairs bathrooms. We are a Christian household. My dad is a chef cook so no cooking is necessary unless you decide to order out or cook your own meals.
