The property is called Fordham Green, located in front of Office Max near Meijer Canton and Mavericks Bar. It’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I need a renter to share with starting June 29. It features a swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, and courts for basketball, tennis, and volleyball. My rent is $1,900 a month, excluding electricity, which is billed by DTE, and utilities like trash collection, gas, heating, and water. There is a large basement with a washer and dryer that you can use anytime. One room is available, and I am staying in the other room upstairs. It has a big backyard where you can enjoy outdoor activities, small parties, grilling, and flying a drone. My son and daughter decided to move to another state, and I can’t afford the rent of this townhouse alone. The location is near schools, restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and a bar. It’s an awesome place and very safe. Looking for male or female professionals or anyone with a stable job who can split the rent with me.

I am a very respectful and organized person. I am the only person living in the property with no criminal record whatsoever. I am seeking a tenant who also has no criminal record and is willing to undergo a background check.
