I have a room available that has its own bathroom that I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I did not realize that the home was men preferred only and need to get out of the lease. $950 includes everything, and for your first month, I will cover $750 as my appreciation for you taking over the lease. The room comes with its own spot to park in the garage, 12x11 bedroom on the first floor, your own bathroom in your room with a walk in shower, and shared communal spaces.

There will be two roommates living here when you come in. One is Anthony-who sees himself as the house monitor- and the other is Zach. Both of them live on the third floor while the community space are on the second and your bedroom would be on the first.
