We are a quiet, family-oriented household with one indoor dog and 3 cats, looking for a respectful, reliable roommate that appreciates birds chirping at sunrise & sunset. The home is a bit country and surrounded by nature, our own little peaceful sanctuary. Best suited for someone who values nature and a family living environment.

Located in Fairview area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, library, parks, public transportation, and I84. Central AC & Gas heat, fireplace. Shared access to kitchen, laundry, common areas, large outdoor space with nature trail, hammocks, firepit & trampoline. Basement & garage for storage. Room for parking vehicles, additional fee for RV or boat.

The room is approximately 10x12 with closet and 2 windows. Can be furnished with bed frame that has 2 large drawers underneath, nightstand, lamp, TV and stand with cubby’s.

We’re looking for someone who respects shared spaces, likes to help in the yard and is comfortable living in a kid and pet-friendly home. If interested, please share a little about yourself, your work schedule, and what you’re looking for in a living situation.

Family home with children. We’re strong advocates in the community and care for all our neighbors. We enjoy our peaceful sanctuary at home, a safe space, with music & firepit on occasion. When we’re not away on an outdoor adventure we enjoy camping out in the living room snuggled up watching shows. We don’t typically spend a lot of time watching TV though, when we’re home you’ll most likely find us in the kitchen, in the yard or our rooms. Great community of caring neighbors with lots of walkers, joggers, bicyclists and wildlife.
