The neighbors are nice and for the most part mind their own business . It’s secluded from redwood so the noise isn’t to much , there’s also a dog park behind the buildings . Also, there is a pool and a grill close to the pool for summer if you want bbqs and there is a little duck pond which is relaxing to watch ducks in it.
