Hiii! My roommate is suddenly leaving and i’m looking for a roommate for each of our vacant rooms! We are looking for someone who is under 30 years old, who is nerdy and loves community and to be friends and are nice and lgbtq+ friendly! No drugs or smoking! We will be spliting everything equally and the utilities are usually somewhere between $70-$110 (at most) per person!!
