About the room

I have a townhome located Carrollwood, Florida. We will share the common areas (kitchen, living room, patio, etc.) It is in a very desirable area that is close to all of your needs from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and reasonably close to downtown Tampa and McDill AFB. It is also ideal for students not wanting live in the dorms at USF. Carrollwood is a peaceful and safe place to live. I’m looking for a person who is easy to get along with and does not want drama. A total of 3 will occupy the home. The house will be furnished except the room itself. The room is 10X11.
