Available is a large bedroom on the second floor of a new, well-maintained home in Somerville. The room includes built-in closets and is paired with a separate private office - also generously sized and with additional closet space - making it an ideal setup for working from home.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, located directly next to both your bedroom and office. All three spaces are adjacent, giving you a semi-private section of the house. Sound insulation is solid, and the layout allows for a good amount of privacy when doors are closed.

The house is spacious and spread across multiple levels, making it easy for everyone to have their own space: • Basement: Storage space, plus a separate bedroom, bathroom, and office occupied by another tenant • Main floor: Living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom • Second floor (your level): Two bedrooms, your private bathroom, your office, and laundry (located just outside the rooms) • Third floor: Second living area with a wet bar that opens onto a rooftop deck

Overall, it’s a calm, respectful living environment - well-suited for someone who values both privacy and a comfortable shared home.
