Large 10 x 11 room. Room has its own dedicated heating/AC unit. Shared kitchen n bathroom. In unit washer n dryer. Everything included but we split electric. On site parking. First floor apartment. No pets permitted as i have a small dog. Look this is no palace. Its a rundown outdated apartment but if u need a place to lay your head its more than sufficient.
