I have a room for rent in Belmont, NC. It’s on the outskirts of the city, and is a nice neighborhood. I’m looking for someone to rent out the third bedroom. There is a full bed in there, I can move it out if needed. The whole house is fully furnished! Rent is $650, then we’d split utilities evenly between us. Rent is due on the first, and utilities are due by the 15th. Deposit is $400. Looking for another female roommate as both of us that live here now are females. Please reach out with any questions!
