Adorable property with a great location! 2 bed 1 bath with a fenced yard, garage stall & parking in the back! Basement includes laundry & an enormous amount of storage space! Home is furnished currently except the room you’d be staying in; but if you have furniture we can definitely figure out a way to accommodate! Located across the street from Newell Park & only 15 minutes from downtown. Most shops and stores less than 10 minutes away! Neighbors are super nice as well and a very family friendly area. :) cat in photos are my prior roommates & won’t be there when you move in!
About the roomies
You’d be living with only myself & my sweet 9yo dog! I’m a CNA working in Homecare and work a 8am-5pm job during the week. I’m very considerate of shared spaces, huge on open communication & have never had any issues with any prior roommates. :) my dog is a shepherd/husky mix; she’s very well mannered and loves everyone she meets! Unfortunately no other pets allowed per the landlord at this time.
