One room available in a three bedroom apartment! The apartment is right near the center of town and also close to rt 146

I am a 31 year old who is neat, organized and mainly keeps to herself. The other roommate is my aunt who is in her 60s and very kind. She is also neat and mostly keeps to herself but also loves to chat sometimes! We both work during the day and usually spend the evenings in our rooms. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with appliances and all. We also have plates, utensils, pots and pans that are available for your use as long as you clean up after yourself. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. I like to keep plants around the apartment and have done most of the decorating but I’m open to other ideas/decor as well!
