About the property

Hi! My name is Lauren and I am looking for someone to rent a room at my house. I live in a family owned home and my sister is soon moving out soon. I am located about 15 minutes from UGA and downtown athens. I do have pets myself you must be comfortable with. I have a very friendly adult pitbull, cats, and a baby tortoise. I would like it if someone interested didn’t have their own cats or dogs. I have a large front/back yard with a circle driveway. We also have Ring cameras installed for extra safety.

The room you would be renting is on the second floor. There are two rooms up there and I use one as storage for clothes etc. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub. The bedroom is furnished with two closets closets on the smaller side.

I do not smoke and live a quieter lifestyle. I will be in school for the next to years and usually just watch tv/movies in my living room.
