Seeking to replace tenant that is moving out. I’m a mid thirties male and going to grad school. Other tennant mid 20’s male. Three dogs currently, we’re allowed up to one more. We mostly keep to our selves when home. We’re keep relatively clean. Gas/electric/internet split 3 ways, other utilities included.
