It’s a private room and bathroom. Newly renovated are 1400 a month, older versions are 960, willing to do either.

It’s just me and my beagle Clio. She hangs out with me, will be in the room when I’m not home. I am retired but active in volunteering and my church. I respect people’s space and privacy. But was hoping, to find someone willing to help out with setting up furniture pickups, put in ideas for the common areas, willing to have a meal occasionally. I’ve lived forever where everyone just stays in their rooms and lives like cats. And I’m looking for someone that I feel comfortable saying what’s up, or planning trips out in the city to hangout.
I understand people work, and everyone has there moments of hibernation and I could care less if you want to disappear for a weekend on your favorite show. Just hoping to have someone to cohabitation, have movie nights. Have friends and family over for dinners and all that kind of stuff. I don’t know a ton of people, buy looking to branch out more.
