This is apartment is downtown paterson, secured building and it also has street parking. It’s easy access to everything, such as the highway, restaurants, the gym, and retail stores. It’s close to the train station and the highway as well.

I’m a man that works around the clock. I am sometimes home sporadically throughout the day, when I take breaks from work. But I am not a bother. I stay to myself and I am very tidy and clean. I am not a party person, therefore I do not host parties at my home. I do not smoke nor drink. Also I like to keep the noise volume to a reasonable level. No pets allowed. Everything is included pertaining to the utilities and internet. I’m looking for a single male preferred roommate, that respect boundaries and can be professional and personable.
