Hi, I have two-bedroom townhouse and I’m looking for someone to join the lease. Willing to negotiate on rent if we’re a match. The empty room is also fully furnished, but I can get rid of that if needed. Both of the rooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, and a half bathroom is downstairs.

I’m in my 40s, work mostly from home, and I’m quiet and neat. I have one small dog. I’m very laid back and spend most of my free time watching movies and playing video games, so you’ll probably rarely see me, haha.
