About the room
Hey everyone, my name is Brandon. I’m looking for a roommate for a spacious, well-lit two bed, one bath apartment in Wooster Square. In addition to your bedroom you’ll also get your own extra room for living space, along with a shared basement storage unit. There is a washer and dryer on-site, free street parking with a zone 5 residential pass and the potential of off-street parking for an extra fee.
It’s a lovely, walkable neighborhood with plenty of greenery and very friendly neighbors. The building is just a few streets over from Wooster Square Park and some of New Haven’s signature pizza spots (Pepe, Sally’s, Zeneli). It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to Yale and just a five minute drive to the highway.

About the roomies
About me: I’m 23 years old. I graduated last year from Bard College (literature and philosophy) and currently work at the Book Barn (CT’s largest used bookstore). I’m clean, easygoing, and on the quieter side, but I also enjoy going out and socializing. I usually spend my free time reading, writing, or watching films. I’m new to the area and excited to explore New Haven and take part in its cultural life. It would be nice to live with someone around my age but that isn’t a dealbreaker.
