The house has all the charm and quirks that come with an older home. It’s not a luxury renovation or a corporate rental. It’s a real home that’s been lived in and rented for years and slowly shaped over time.
My favorite part of the property is the garden and outdoor space. During the growing season, the garden produces everything from greens to tomatoes to squash and melons. Roommates are welcome to enjoy produce from the garden when it’s available. There are also several outdoor seating areas, a front porch, and a fire pit in the backyard that make it easy to enjoy being outside.
The home includes shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and the room is available on a month-to-month basis.
I’m looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable home environment, values cleanliness, and wants a place that feels lived in rather than temporary.
Hi, I’m Danielle. I run my own business from home, so you’ll usually find me working on projects, tending to the garden, cooking, or planning events.
The other full-time resident is Tum Tum, my friendly indoor-outdoor cat. He’s about a year old, loves people, and spends most of his time making rounds between the house, porch, and garden.
I enjoy friendly roommates and tend to follow their lead. Some roommates are more social, others are more independent, and both are perfectly fine with me.
The biggest thing I’m looking for is someone who is clean and considerate of shared spaces. If you’re the type of person who washes your dishes, cleans up after yourself, and helps keep common areas comfortable for everyone, we’ll probably get along well.
I generally try to get to the gym early and maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle. I tend to keep the fridge full and eat pretty clean, so I appreciate roommates who have similar habits. My work schedule can vary, so some mornings I’m up early and other nights I may be working or getting home late, but overall the house tends to be relaxed and respectful of everyone’s routines.
