About the room
Welcome to Belmont Acres, a one-of-a-kind mid-century estate in North Chesterfield, Virginia, where vintage glamour meets modern comfort. Built in 1959 and spanning nearly 5,800 square feet, this thoughtfully restored home offers an unforgettable living experience just minutes from Richmond’s major hospitals, downtown, universities, dining, and entertainment.
The home has been extensively renovated with care and attention to detail, featuring a brand-new kitchen, new appliances, freshly painted interiors, refinished hardwood floors, updated lighting, and beautifully refreshed common spaces. Despite the modern upgrades, Belmont Acres proudly celebrates its retro roots with curated 1980s-inspired décor throughout the home.
Guests enjoy access to spacious common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, high-speed internet, on-site laundry, and a peaceful suburban setting. Belmont Acres is ideal for traveling healthcare professionals, corporate travelers, graduate students, and remote workers seeking a unique, comfortable, and well-maintained place to call home during their stay in the Richmond area.
We are seeking clean, respectful, and responsible roommates who appreciate a shared living environment and take pride in helping maintain a welcoming home.
About the roomies
Hi! I’m originally from Burke, Virginia, but Richmond has felt like home for many years. I’m a two-time VCU graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, and I’ve built a career working as an Executive Assistant across a variety of industries, including healthcare, recruiting, fashion, and manufacturing. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist, which means I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories.
After spending several years living in Los Angeles, I fell in love with themed accommodations and thoughtfully designed spaces. When I returned to Virginia, I decided to create that experience myself. Belmont Acres is the result—a unique, retro-inspired home designed to be both memorable and comfortable.
I share the home with my two sweet, well-trained Pomeranians, who are friendly and add a little extra charm to the house. I’m also a reader, creative at heart, and a fan of board games, so you’ll find plenty of books and games available to enjoy during your stay.
I take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home. I’m looking for respectful guests who value a positive shared living environment and help keep common areas tidy so everyone can enjoy the space.
My goal is simple: to provide a unique, comfortable place where traveling professionals and long-term guests can truly feel at home while they’re in Richmond.
