Looking for a lease take over. The apartment is located near old town clovis. Rent is 700 plus utilities, winter utilities are usually around 80 dollars total, summer utilities range depending on PG&E but are around 120-150 in the summer. The room is a decent size with a shared bathroom. There are two other roommates and a German shepherd puppy that live here. No pets is preferred.
