Perfect For Young professionals and students seeking authentic Brooklyn living with excellent transportation connections and standout character. Couples are possible, but this will incur a higher rental cost—contact me for details.
Culture I do my due diligence to keep all common areas clean and would expect the same from roommates. Guests should be limited to 3 extra people indoors (does not apply to the roof area). Weed is fine (no cigarettes inside—roof is clutch). Music should be turned down after midnight on weeknights (neighbors below will complain). It’s a shared space, so no parties inside (again…the roof is clutch).
Move-in: September 1st | Lease term: 12 months minimum

About the roomies
Hey there! I’m a Brooklyn native (born Hey there! I’m a Brooklyn native (born and raised) and I’m excited to welcome a new roommate to this home. I want to be very upfront about the vibe: I’m not looking for two strangers who happen to share an apartment—I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to live together and build a friendly, comfortable home. I am the only other tenant btw.
Who I Am • He/him/his pronouns • Hybrid engineer working in Manhattan — I’m home during weekdays more often than not • Brooklyn through and through — I know the neighborhood inside and out and I’m happy to share local gems
Who I Am Looking For I’m looking for someone who is excited about this apartment and excited about living with a roommate in a real way. • You want a home that feels social and warm—not silent and separate • You’re down to interact day-to-day (chatting, cooking, watching movies, sharing a meal sometimes) • You value a sense of community inside the home, not just outside of it • You’re friendly, considerate, and actually enjoy having a roommate you like coming home to
If you’re specifically seeking a setup where everyone keeps to themselves and barely talks, this likely won’t be the best match—and that’s totally okay.
Living Style • Tidy but relaxed — shared spaces stay clean without being obsessive • Foodie who enjoys cooking (and I’m always happy to cook for/with others) • Respectful of personal space — I like a friendly home vibe and understand privacy/alone time
House Considerations • Cannabis friendly — I do smoke weed, and I’m happy to keep it completely away from common areas and respect your preferences • Quiet during work hours — I WFH sometimes, so I’m mindful of noise and expect the same courtesy • Open communicator — I prefer addressing things directly, respectfully, and early (no simmering roommate tension)
What You Can Expect • A flexible, considerate roommate who wants a positive home atmosphere • Neighborhood recommendations and local insight • Responsive with apartment/building issues — I stay on top of requests quickly • Inclusive environment welcoming to all backgrounds and identities
Looking forward to finding someone who’ll love this space—and who’s genuinely excited to build a good roommate dynamic together.
