Looking for roommates to take over 2 out of 3 rooms in our apartment before June 20 since me and my partner are moving out of state! The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom with a nice shared living room, kitchen, and good amount of storage space. One room is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and the other bedroom has access to a shared bathroom. Current roommate is a female in her 20s hoping to find clean, respectful, and easygoing roommates. The apartment community has great amenities including a gym, pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. The area is super convenient — close to stores, restaurants, gyms, and shopping with easy access to main roads/freeways. The community is quiet, well-kept, and overall a really nice place to live.

The current roommate staying in the apartment is a female in her 20s who’s super vibrant, grounded, and easy to get along with. She loves all animals (especially axolotls — definitely her favorite 😂), enjoys cooking, trying new foods/things, and overall brings a really positive and welcoming energy to the home. Looking for roommates who are respectful, clean, communicative, and down-to-earth to help keep the space comfortable and fun for everyone.
