About the room
2 Bedroom Apartment in the Avondale complex in Summerlin. In search of a roommate to take the 2nd bedroom. Move in date is 4/7/20. Rent Price includes Internet and Cable. You will have a private room and your own bathroom.
I have already been approved and will be moving in on 4/7/20. There is a $60 application fee, $150 admin fee and a $44 deposit. If you are bringing pets, that will be an additional cost. Remaining utlities (Electric, gas, water) will be split evenly.
About the roomies
Currently will be the only person living in this apartment. I am big into hiking and outdoors, also enjoy my video games as well. I do have a 2 year old dog, she is only 25 lbs and is a sweetheart. I am pretty easy going and if you need to know anything else about me, please ask.
